Double Flower 'Blue Butterfly' Pea
Similar in all ways to the single flower Butterfly Pea, this variety has "doubled flowers" meaning twice the quantity of petal per flower. If using for tea or other uses to extract the blue pigments, this means more pigment per harvested flower. To make tea from the Blue Butterfly Pea flowers: Simply steep 10 flowers, fresh or dried, in a cup of hot water, let sit 15 minutes.
