Delicious, fruit and hot heritage pepper variety from St. Augustine, Florida. Associated with the "Menorcan" diaspora people around St. Augustine. 3-5" long, 1" wide golden, orange peppers on productive, bushy plants. Less suspetible than many varieties of peppers to mites (but still sometimes needs treatment). Best to start in hot times of year, long lived, can be pruned back. Periodic flushes of flowers and fruit. Start in nursery and transplant into bucket, pot, or field. Slow to germinate
