Brassica rapa var. perviridis.
Also known as Japanese mustard spinach, this traditional Japanese vegetable has a mildly mustard taste similar to pak choy and is tolerant to heat and cold. Adapted to most seasons in Hawaii except the hot dog days of summer. Large and flavorful leaves make an excellent addition to salads and stir fries. Tolerant to many mustard diseases.
