Green Sun Won Bok is a reliable selection originally from Taiwan. A compact won bok with good heat tolerance producing a light colored head with a darker green leaf covering. Sweet, high-quality leaves with a taste that rivals lettuce. Prefers spring conditions but can grow into summer.
Planting Guidelines: Sow one seed 1/8” deep in 2” cells. Transplant 1-1½ feet apart in rows. Matures in 40-50 days
Try adding to salad mixes with lettuce and ideal for Chinese chicken salads.
